Players should be familiar with the basic rules, scoring, and court positioning. You don’t need to be highly skilled or competitive—just come ready to play, learn and have fun! 🫶 To keep the games balanced and enjoyable, please register only if your skill level is within the Advanced Beginner to High Novice range. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another eligible Advanced Beginner to High Novice player. Please inform the organizers no later than November 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM. No slot transfers will be accepted after this deadline. • Injuries: Players participate at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical expenses incurred during the event. Please warm up properly and play responsibly. • Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 🌧️ WEATHER POLICY Rain alone will not be a reason to cancel or reschedule the event, as the court has a roof. The event will proceed as scheduled unless the organizers determine that weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances make playing unsafe.
