📍 Nitro Pickleyard | Building 1, 3 Courts 💰 Open Play Fees * ₱150/player * Payment must be made onsite before playing. NO PAYMENT, NO PADDLE STACKING! * If you wish to pay beforehand, you may send your payment to our provided GCASH QR Code, and send it to the chat or any of the organizers for confirmation. 📌 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES * All skill levels play in one rotation, alternating between winners and losers. * One paddle per player — no double stacking. * If you wish to continue playing with the same partner or pair up with another player who is currently on the court, please stack both paddles at the end of the existing paddle queue. This ensures that players who have been waiting get their turn first and keeps the rotation fair for everyone. * Arrive on time, respect fellow players, and practice good sportsmanship. 📋 CANCELLATION POLICY * Cancellation Freeze: Cancellations or removal from the participant list are allowed until 4 hours before the session. No cancellation fee if participant cancelled before freeze time. - Cancellation Fee after Freeze Time: 100 PHP - If you cannot show up for personal reasons, you may give your slot to another player and inform the organizers of the change. * No-Shows: Players who fail to arrive without prior notice will be marked as NO SHOW.
