Once in waitlist, pay via PayLah!/PayNow. 3. Upload your receipt in Payment Tab. 4. Wait for the Admin to confirm your slot. 📖📌 FORMAT: • 24 players total • 3 courts • Ladder game system • No fixed partners — players rotate throughout • If both players from a winning pair are queued together, they must split for the next game 📌GAME RULES: • Rally scoring to 15 points • First to 15 wins (no deuce, no freeze) • Win; move up the ladder • Lose; move down the ladder • Partners rotate each round ⚠️ Court Assignment: • Court 1: Championship Court (Top Step) • Court 2: Contender Court (Middle Step) • Court 4: Battle Court (Bottom Step) Standard pickleball rules apply — yes, that includes respecting the kitchen! 👨‍🍳 🏁 FINAL SHOWDOWN: • The top 4 players will be identified from the By Wins % ranking from Reclub and will advance to the final doubles match • Top 1 player earns the advantage of choosing their partner from Top 3 or Top 4 • Top 2 player cannot be selected and will partner with the remaining player. 🎖️FINAL MATCH FORMAT: • Rally scoring to 21 points • Deuce at 20-all • Sudden death at 24-all (first to 25 wins) 🕣 TIMELINE: 7:00PM - 7:15PM : Briefing and Warm-up 7:15PM - 9:15PM : Ladder Game 9:15PM - 10:00PM : Championship Game ‼️ PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR THE BRIEFING ‼️ ⚠️ NOTE: For those who want to play social, Courts 1 and 4 will be available from 9:15PM to 10:00PM. Court 2 will be used for the Championship Game. 🏆 The final match will determine the Top Doubles Overall Champions and will earn the Oct🪜Champion badge in Rally Rascals Club. 🏆 Small prizes will be given to the Champion. 🚨 Cancellation Policy: To help us keep the game running smoothly, there will be no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the game. If you can no longer make it, you're welcome to find a replacement player. Please arrange the payment directly with your replacement. If the court operator does not issue a refund, we're unfortunately unable to provide one as well.
