PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
A fun, structured coaching program that helps children learn pickleball, build athletic confidence, and enjoy positive experiences on court.
WHY LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS?
• Build a strong foundation in grip, balance, movement, and paddle control.
• Learn serving, returning, rallying, and court positioning correctly.
• Develop confidence, coordination, discipline, and long-term skills.
WHY TRAIN IN A GROUP?
• Learn through teamwork, shared challenges, and encouragement.
• Practise communication, sportsmanship, focus, and respect.
• Build confidence alongside children at a similar stage.
• Enjoy guided games that keep practice social and motivating.
SHORT-TERM GOAL
Within the first few weeks, each child should be able to show the ready position, control the paddle, complete a simple serve and return, sustain a short rally, and join a guided game with confidence.
