No need to go all out—think funny masks, matching outfits, spooky accessories, or anything that brings the Halloween vibes. Just make sure your costume allows you to move freely and play safely! 📅 EVENT DETAILS Duration: 4 Hours Courts: 2 Courts Maximum Players: 24 Players Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate Registration Fee: ₱200 per player 🏓 GAME FORMAT Games are played to 11 points, win by 2. PickleQ will be used for court rotations. 💸 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Go to the PAYMENT tab. Copy the GCash account number. Send your proof of payment through the PAYMENT tab. Wait for confirmation. ⚠️ ONLY CONFIRMED PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY. 📌 HOUSE RULES Players arriving 1 hour after the start time will be considered a No Show, and their slot may be given to waiting participants. PickleBro reserves the right to adjust court assignments and rotations to ensure smooth gameplay. Costumes are encouraged but must be safe and comfortable enough for playing. Please avoid accessories that may obstruct movement or pose a safety risk. 🌧️ NEW RAIN POLICY 1. Rain Before 6:00 PM If it rains before the event and does not stop by 6:45 PM, Open Play is cancelled. Participants may choose a full refund or 100% credit. NO WAITING. 2. Rain from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Participants may choose to leave with 100% credit. If rain continues for 20 minutes without stopping, Open Play is cancelled and participants receive 100% credit. 3. Rain from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM Participants may choose to leave with 50% credit. If rain continues for 20 minutes without stopping, Open Play is cancelled and participants receive 50% credit. 4. Rain After 9:00 PM or After 3 Hours of Play If rain interrupts play after 3 hours of completed play, we will wait up to 20 minutes for the rain to stop. If it does not, Open Play ends with no extension or credit. If the rain stops, participants may resume playing, but only until 10:00 PM. No extensions beyond the scheduled end time are allowed. 5. Repeated Rain Interruptions First interruption: Wait up to 20 minutes for the rain to stop. Second interruption, after play resumes: Wait up to 10 minutes. Third interruption, after play resumes: Open Play is cancelled. If total completed playing time reaches 3 hours at any point, Open Play is considered completed, regardless of repeated rain interruptions.
