Request to join the event through Reclub and wait for your slot to be confirmed. 2. Once your waitlist request has been approved, send your GCash payment receipt through Reclub Chat ONLY. 3. Payments made without a confirmed slot will not guarantee participation in the event. ❌ CANCELLATION & SLOT TRANSFER • Cancellations made beyond the cancellation freeze period are non-refundable. • If you can no longer make it, you may arrange for another player to take your slot. • If you cannot find a replacement, your payment may be converted to event credit for a future Club Maro Open Play, provided the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the session. ⚠️ PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY By signing up, you understand that pickleball involves inherent risks, including possible injury or accidents.
