"I appreciate the effort he puts into organizing the drills enhancement program. I like how he makes sure that players waiting to be queued are still learning and preparing through helpful tips and simulation. He’s very approachable and easy to talk to, and he generously shares his insights and experiences. I also appreciate how he recognizes and encourages players whenever they give their best. His positive and supportive approach makes the whole drills experience more meaningful and enjoyable."
