GAME FORMAT * 30 players maximum * 7 games guaranteed for every player * Random partners for each game * Players will rotate partners and opponents throughout the event. * Each game contributes to the player’s total accumulated points. * Games will follow standard pickleball rules. * Players must be ready at their assigned court when called. * No fixed teams — rankings are based on individual performance. —————— 🏆 2. RANKING & POINT SYSTEM After completing 7 guaranteed games, players will be ranked according to: 1. Total points accumulated 2. Win-Loss record 3. Point difference as the tiebreaker, if necessary ————— 🥇 3. Allowed: * Halloween costumes * Spooky characters * Funny costumes * Creative pickleball-themed costumes For safety: * No costumes that significantly restrict movement * No sharp or dangerous accessories * No masks that severely restrict vision during play * Costumes must not interfere with other players or equipment Best costume = bragging rights + Halloween glory! 👻 ⸻ ⏰ 5. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES * Arrive 15–20 minutes before the start for registration and orientation. * Be ready when your name is called. * If you are late, your scheduled game may proceed without you. * Respect court assignments and rotation. * Bring your own paddle and water. * Keep personal belongings secure. ⸻ 🤝 6. SPORTSMANSHIP Pickleholics is all about PLAY • CONNECT • COMPETE. Players are expected to: * Respect opponents, partners, and organizers. * Make honest line calls. * Avoid arguing over calls. * Maintain a positive attitude. * No trash talking that becomes disrespectful. * No intentional dangerous shots or behavior. * Help maintain a fun and friendly environment. ⸻ 🚨 7. SAFETY * Proper footwear is required. * Stay hydrated, especially during extended play. * Be aware of surrounding players and courts. * Report injuries or safety concerns to the organizers immediately. * Organizers may stop play when necessary for safety. ⸻ 💰 8.
