PAY BEFORE PLAY / PAY TO CONFIRM SLOTS After requesting, player must settle their payment to confirm slot. Proof of payment must be uploaded to our groupchat or upload receipt. Players must be included in the confirmed players list before coming to open play. 👉 If no payment is made or no proof is submitted: • Player will be placed under waitlisted status ⸻ 1. Cancellation & No Show Policy • Once a slot is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed for refund • Players may transfer or sell their slot to another player (e.g., waitlisted players) • Rescheduling is allowed only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled open play • Within 24 hours of the schedule: 👉 Rescheduling is no longer allowed 👉 Player must sell or transfer their slot to another player ⸻ 1. One Slot Per Player Each player is allowed only one (1) time slot per session, unless otherwise announced. ⸻ PLAYER CONDUCT • Respect all players, staff, and facility rules • Practice proper sportsmanship at all times • Any form of misconduct or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session ⸻ TERMS & CONDITIONS By joining any open play session at Matchgrounds Pickleball, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Data Privacy & Media Consent You authorize Matchgrounds Pickleball to collect and process your personal information for registration and event purposes. You also grant permission for your photos and videos taken during activities to be used for marketing, promotional, and documentation purposes. ⸻ House Rules Agreement You agree to comply with all rules and policies set by Matchgrounds Pickleball. Management reserves the right to modify or update these rules at any time without prior notice. ⸻ Release of Liability (Play at Your Own Risk) By joining and participating in any activities at Matchgrounds Pickleball, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. Matchgrounds Pickleball, its owners, staff, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation, including but not limited to physical injuries sustained while playing.
