Come ready to move, compete, and challenge yourself. 💪 📋 Meetup Information * 🏓 Bring your own paddle. * 💧 Bring water for hydration. * 📍 Location: Open court at the side of Bendemeer Primary School * 🎾 Net and balls will be provided for the games. * 💵 Ball Contribution: $1.50 per player. * 🔄 Format: Round Robin with Rotating Partners — players will rotate partners and opponents throughout the session so everyone gets to play with different people. 💳 RSVP & Payment Upon requesting to join the meetup, you will initially be placed on the waitlist. A $1.50 ball contribution is required to confirm your spot. PayNow/PayLah: 98002685. Once payment is completed, please send a screenshot of the payment. You will then be moved to the confirmed participants list, subject to available spots and host approval. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the meetup are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the meetup are non-refundable, as the spot may be difficult to fill at short notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may also affect your selection or priority for future meetups, as confirmed spots are limited and last-minute cancellations can affect the session and other players. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the host’s discretion. Please only confirm your spot if you are committed to attending the meetup. 👥 Participation & Approval Due to limited court capacity, participation is subject to the host’s discretion and approval. Regular players may be given priority when spots are limited, as this helps maintain consistency within the group and ensures a smooth rotation. If your RSVP is not accepted for a particular meetup, please don’t take it personally or feel offended. It simply means that spots are limited and selections have to be made based on the needs of that particular session. You are always welcome to join future meetups when spots are available. 😊 ⚠️ Declaration 🌦️ Weather Permitting: The event is weather permitting. A weather check will be done 1 hour before the meetup, and updates will be posted in the chat. I will try my best to notify everyone as early as possible if the meetup is cancelled due to rain. 🏟️ Court Availability: This is a public outdoor court and is subject to availability. If the court is occupied when we arrive, we will move to a backup court located approximately 10 minutes away on foot.
