Players will be matched and rotated throughout the session to maximize court time and experience different matchups. * Fixed pairings are allowed ONLY if the players inform the organizers before the open play. If you wish to play with a specific partner for the session, please coordinate with the admins in advance. * Requests for fixed pairings made when the open play has started will not be accommodated. * Players are expected to follow the assigned pairings and rotations to keep the games organized and fair. * Please be ready when it’s your turn so we can keep the games moving! 📌 Reminders * Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for registration and preparation. * Bring your paddle, water, and proper court shoes. * Respect your fellow players regardless of skill level. * Call your lines honestly and communicate properly with your partner and opponents. * Follow the assigned game rotations and pairing arrangements. * Help keep the courts and playing areas clean. * Most importantly, have fun, get your dinks in, and enjoy the games! 🖤🏓 ❌ Cancellation Policy * NO-SHOWS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and will be considered a forfeited slot. * If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Please inform the host of the replacement player’s name before the open play. * If the event is cancelled or postponed by TDD, participants will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to have their payment carried over to the rescheduled session. * TDD reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event due to unforeseen circumstances, court availability, or safety concerns. * Walk-ins are not accepted.
