All skill levels are welcome! 💚 📅 Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026 📍 Venue: Payapay Seafood Park ⏰ Time: 6:00–10:00 PM (4 Hours) 🏟️ Courts: Monte, Biyo & Bebs — 3 Courts 👥 Open Play | All Skill Levels Welcome 💰 Rate: ₱170/player — Payment onsite 💳 Please pay before playing. 🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES • All levels will play under one open-play rotation. • Paddle stacking will be used for fair and faster rotation. • One paddle per person — no double stacking. • Do not move or rearrange other players’ paddles. • Take the next available court when it’s your turn. • Please arrive on time to maximize playing time. • Respect everyone and practice good sportsmanship. • Keep the court and surroundings clean. ⚠️ OPEN PLAY POLICY Cancellation Freeze: Players may cancel or remove their names from the participant list until 6 hours before the scheduled session. After the cancellation freeze, cancellations are no longer allowed, and the ₱170 reserved slot fee will still be charged. No-Show Policy: Players who do not arrive for their confirmed booking and fail to notify the organizers before the session will be marked as NO SHOW. Their reserved slots may be given to walk-in players on a first-come, first-served basis. Players marked as NO SHOW without prior notice will be suspended from joining future Open Play sessions until further notice. ✅ Only players with confirmed Reclub bookings may play. 🎟️ Walk-ins are subject to slot availability. This policy is intended to promote fairness, accountability, and equal opportunities for all players.
