PAY FIRST, PLAY LATER! ✅ PAYMENT FIRST POLICY: Players must settle their game fees BEFORE joining or confirming their slot. 💰 NO PAYMENT = NO CONFIRMED SLOT. 📲 Slots are confirmed only upon verification of payment. 🚫 Unpaid reservations may be released to players on the waiting list. 🔄 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise announced by the organizers. (Unless cancellation is made 24 hrs before) 📅 2. BOOK RESPONSIBLY 📲 Register through Reclub to secure your slot. ⏰ Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled game. ✅ Declare your skill level upon check-in for more balance plays ❌ If you can't attend, inform the organizers as early as possible. 🚫 Avoid last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 🙋 Don't register on behalf of another player without the organizers' approval. 🤝 3. PLAY FAIR & FOLLOW THE RULES 📖 Follow standard pickleball rules and the event's agreed format. (SUDDEN DEATH TO 11, NO DEUCE) 🙋 Call faults and line calls honestly, especially on your side of the court. 🤝 Respect your opponents' calls. Resolve disagreements calmly. 🚫 No intentional distractions, cheating, or aggressive behavior. 🏆 Win with humility, lose with grace. 🔄 5.
