To avoid wasted slots due to unconfirmed reservations and no-shows, please be reminded of our updated rules: Payment Priority: Paid players, especially those who book through our website, will be prioritized. Confirmation Required: We will only accept your reservation once you have confirmed your participation. Unconfirmed slots may be given to other players. Non-Refundable Payments: Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable. Please make sure your schedule is final before completing your payment. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so before 5:30 PM. Cancellation requests made after this time will no longer be accommodated. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: Players who cancel at the last minute or fail to show up after confirming must still pay the Open Play fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, players!
