Players will be added to or moved to the participant list only after payment has been received and verified by the host. • Meet fee is non-refundable but transferable. • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. • Slot transfers must be communicated to the host before the event. • A minimum of 18 confirmed players may be required for the session to proceed, depending on court allocation and participation levels. If the minimum requirement is not met, the session may be opened to players of other skill levels or cancelled. Players will be notified in advance of any changes. 🚗 Parking • Parking is available onsite or at the compound entrance with shuttle provided free by RallyPoint 🎁 Included with Your Meet Fee • Complimentary use of pickleballs during the session. • Free drinking water at the venue. • Access to air-conditioned restrooms. • Access to shower facilities. 📌 House Rules • Paddle stacking format will be used, depending on the number of players and court flow. • Host(s) may stack players based on skill levels to promote balanced and enjoyable games for everyone. • Check-in upon arrival. • Slots may be transferred to another player if you are unable to attend. • Host(s) may join the session if there are available slots and they are not already included in the participant list. • Please arrive on time to maximize your playing time. • Respect fellow players, host(s), and facility staff at all times. • Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from the session without refund.
