Playing Requirement To ensure enjoyable and continuous play for everyone, players are expected to have basic tennis fundamentals, including: - consistently making approximately 70% of serves into play. - consistently returning approximately 70% of serves - being able to maintain a basic rally from the baseline If you’re still learning these fundamentals, we recommend joining beginner coaching sessions before participating in this social play. we look foward to playing with you in the future. B. Payment All registered players who have made the payment are required to send the proof of transaction to the host via chat. (QRIS available on initial chat by hosts) C. Weather Policy In case of significant weather conditions such as thunderstorm, heavy rain, haze, or any condition that makes the court wet and unsafe, the host reserves the right to cancel the session before it starts. ➡️ Full refund will be given to all paid players. D. Cancellation Policy Players who wish to cancel may do so no later than 24 hours before the event start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the event are non-refundable. E. Court Availability & Booking Policy UGM applies a slightly different court booking procedure compared to other venues. The court is prioritized for UGM’s civitas academica during certain internal events. Therefore, the host will reconfirm court availability with UGM on Saturday morning.
