If you’re new to the sport, just let us know. We’ll gladly guide you and help match you with the right group. ✅ New to Open Play? Feel free to ask questions! Not familiar with rotations or scoring? Our team and community are always happy to help. ✅ Please be patient with the rotation system Everyone gets equal court time. Open Play is all about improving, meeting new friends, and enjoying every rally. 📌 CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before Open Play. • Payments are strictly non-refundable. • Cancelled slots 3 hours before the game can be converted into Open Play credits for future sessions.
