Send a REQUEST TO JOIN and wait to be added to the WAITLIST. 2. Once added to the waitlist, please proceed with the payment to secure your slot. See Payment tab. 3. Send your proof of payment in the Payment tab 4. Once verified, your slot will be confirmed and you will be added to the PARTICIPANTS LIST. 💳 Inclusion - Court fee - NEW Tennis balls - ❌ No Ball Boys 🎾 Game Play * Format: First team to 4 games * Standard tennis scoring will be followed: 15 – 30 – 40 – Game * At 40–40, a single deciding point (sudden death) will determine the game winner *The match shall be won by the first team to win four (4) games. * Faster rotation allows for more matches and more court time for everyone * If maximum player capacity is reached, players are expected to have at least 4 matches each * To help ensure smooth match flow and timely court rotations, each participant may be assigned at least one match as a scorer or umpire during the session ❌ Cancellation Policy - Payments are non-refundable, unless a substitute player is secured either: - through your own referral, or - through another joiner via Reclub 📌 Special Notes - By joining, participants consent to photos/videos being taken during the session for community and promotional purposes. - Participants join at their own risk. Organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the event. Please ensure that you are physically fit before playing.
