🏓 KITCHEN KREW OPEN PLAY ⚠️ PLEASE READ & TAKE NOTE 🚨 IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN OPEN PLAY Our Open Play is NOT FOR FIRST-TIMERS, ZERO-KNOWLEDGE PLAYERS, OR PLAYERS WHO HAVE NEVER UNDERGONE FORMAL PICKLEBALL TRAINING. This is NOT the time and venue to train first-timers. 👉 If you are a first-timer or have no formal pickleball training yet, please chat with us first so we can help you schedule a proper training session. ⸻ 📌 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES 1. JOINING THE MEET Once you join the ReClub Meet, you will be AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED to play, as long as slots are still available. 2. PAYMENT Once confirmed, please proceed with payment via GCash: Michele C. 📱 0956 472 2146 P275/player 3. PROOF OF PAYMENT After payment, take a screenshot of your GCash transaction and upload it in the ReClub CHAT tab or PAYMENT tab. Please make sure the following are clearly visible: * Reference Number * Date of Payment * Time of Payment 4. PAYMENT DEADLINE ⏰ Payment deadline is 10 AM on the day of the Open Play. Confirmed players who remain UNPAID at 10 AM will be moved to the WAITLIST. 5. RELEASE OF UNPAID SLOTS Unpaid slots will be released to players on the WAITLIST or new joiners who are ready to pay via GCash. 👉 FIRST TO PAY = FIRST TO BE CONFIRMED. 6. CASH PAYMENTS The last remaining slots may be given to players who will pay in cash, provided that slots are still available. Priority will be given to players who pay via GCash. 7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY ❌ NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible for consideration. If you have already paid but can no longer attend, you may: * Sell/transfer your slot to another player before the Open Play, or * Use your payment to reserve a slot for an upcoming Open Play. 8.
