活動安排： - 賽制：雙打 - 水平：2.75+ - 場號：2 - 球員數目：最多六位 - 流程：首五分鐘為初次進場球員的熱身時間，其餘時間為計分賽 - 計分：每球得分制(直接得分制)，每局15分(須勝出2分，以17分封頂) - 交換場地：任何一隊伍率先取得8分時，雙方交換場地 - 球員輪替：每局結束後，勝方球員留在場上打下一局(最多連續打兩局)，負方球員則下場休息，由其他輪候球員上場。然而，若勝方球員已連續打了兩局，則由負方球員留在場上打下一局，並由輪候球員進場接替。總括而言，任何球員均不在沒有休息的情況下連續進行三局比賽。 裝備與器材： - 球拍：請自備球拍 (若要租球拍，請盡早提出，租金為港幣10元） - 球：由主辦方提供40孔滾塑匹克球 - 球網：由主辦方提供 - 非截擊區線：由主辦方現場黏貼標示 預約及付款： - 留位：所有參賽者必須在比賽開始前至少12小時完成付款，方可正式確認名額 - 費用：每人港幣20元 - 付款方式 (PayMe)：payme.hsbc/paradise - 付款方式 (轉數快 FPS)：轉數快識別碼 (FPS ID) 5618350 - 付款憑證：付款後請將螢幕截圖上傳至聊天室 - 取消活動：若因人數不足或惡劣天氣而取消活動，已繳費用將獲全額退還 - 缺席安排：付款後若無故缺席(No-show)，除非找到替補人員，否則一律不設退款。此舉旨在保障其他參賽者的利益，並減少無成本缺席的情況。 - 注意事項：請在報名及付款前確認您能如期出席 惡劣天氣安排： - 取消條件：若在活動開始前1.5小時，香港天文台已發出黃色/紅色/黑色暴雨警告信號，或懸掛三號或以上颱風信號，本場賽事將會取消。主辦方將於活動開始前約1.5小時在聊天欄更新取消通知。 免責聲明與責任豁免： - 風險承擔：參與本活動即代表參賽者同意，本Reclub主辦方對活動期間發生的任何個人財物損壞、失竊或遺失，以及任何身體受傷或死亡，概不承擔任何責任。 - 身體狀況：參賽者須自行對自身的健康和身體狀況負責。若您患有任何可能影響體育活動安全的慢性或急性疾病，請在參加本賽事日前諮詢專業醫生意見。 - 保險事宜：本Reclub主辦方未為本活動提供或購買任何保險。參賽者如欲獲得個人保險保障，建議自行自費購買。 Arrangement: - Format: Doubles - Level: 2.75+ - Court: #2 - Number of players: 6 maximum - Rundown: First 5 minutes for warm-up for any participant who steps on the court the first time, remaining time for social games - Scoring: Rally scoring to 15 points (win by 2, cap at 17) - Side Switching: Upon the first 8 points scored by the first team in a game - Players Switching: After every game, the winning team players stay (play for 2 consecutive games at most) while the losing team players take a break for other waiting players to play. However, if the winning team players have played two consecutive games, the losing team players stay and the waiting players step in. In short, no players play for 3 consecutive games without taking a break. Gears and Equipment: - Paddles: Bring your own paddle (for paddle rental, please voice out asap and a charge of HKD10 is applied) - Balls: 40-hole roto-molded balls will be provided by the host - Net: Will be supplied by the host - Kitchen (NVZ) Lines: Will be taped by the host Reservation and Payment: - All participants will have to make the payment first in order to secure the spot at least 12 hours before the matchplay starting time. - Fee: HKD20/person - Payment (by PayMe): payme.hsbc/paradise - Payment (by FPS): FPS ID 5618350 - Payment Receipt: Please upload the screenshot in the chatroom after making payment - In case of event cancellation due to insufficient number of players or adverse weather, the paid fee will be refunded. - In case of no-show after making the payment, there will be no refund unless a replacement is found. This is to protect the interest of all other participants and discourage no-show without cost. - Please ensure your attendance before signing up and making payment. Adverse Weather Arrangement: - In case of amber/red/black rainstorm warning signal or typhoon signal No.3 or above hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory 1.5 hours before the event starting time, this matchplay will be cancelled. The host will update in the chat section regarding the cancellation around 1.5 hours before.
