RESERVATION & WAITLIST • All players requesting to join an Open Play will initially be placed on the WAITLIST. • PAYMENT FIRST POLICY: Your slot is NOT considered confirmed until payment has been received and verified. • 🚨 DO NOT SEND PAYMENT if the CONFIRMED LIST is already FULL. 2. PAYMENT Once your slot is officially OPEN, please settle the ₱300 Open Play fee via: GCash: 0915 653 4693 Account Name: L****l G. 📌 After payment, upload your payment receipt in the Payments tab to secure your slot. 🚫 NO CASH PAYMENTS PREPAID SESSIONS You may also avail of our prepaid sessions, which can be used for any Everyday Picklers Open Play: 5 Sessions 10 Sessions IMPORTANT: Any payment made after the session has already become FULL will be refunded. 3. CANCELLATIONS & SLOT TRANSFERS For confirmed and paid players: • Cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE. • You may transfer or sell your slot to another player playing on the SAME DATE ONLY. • If transferring your slot, please inform the organizers in advance and provide the full name of your replacement. • The original player is responsible for finding a replacement. • No replacement = no refund or credit. 4. 🎾 BALLS WILL BE PROVIDED • A ball will be provided per court. Please leave in the court every after use. • Please feel free to also use your own ball as shared balls tend to have lower quality due to wear and tear. 5. ⚠️ PLAYER SAFETY & LIABILITY Everyday Picklers Club is not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, accident, or damage that may occur during the games. By joining our Open Play sessions, players acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, and equipment.
