Waitlist Notice Due to limited slots, participants may be placed on a waitlist. To confirm your slot, please follow these steps: 1. Request to join the session/meet. 2. Once waitlisted, refer to the activity chat for payment details and proceed to make contributions for our ball fee. 3. Upload your receipt or share it in the activity chat. 4. Upon confirmation, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list. 5. Acceptance to *"Request"* is solely based on the host's discretion, sometimes to balance the session. ACCEPTANCE is NOT based on first come first serve basis. Cancellation & Weather policy Refunds due to rain or adverse weather will be issued only if the entire session is cancelled and no play takes place. If the session proceeds and any portion of play has taken place, the session will be considered fulfilled and no refunds will be provided. Players must cancel at least 24 hours before the session or find own replacement to be eligible. Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible. By booking, you agree to this policy.
