課堂會針對回球穩定度、網前控制、第三拍選擇及實戰戰術等重點，並由教練親自落場陪練及即時指點，幫你在實戰中找出問題、作出調整。
適合想提升比賽節奏、戰術意識及實戰信心嘅球友。

時間： 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM（共 3 小時）

Class 1: 發接球與第三拍基礎
120 分鐘｜技術與戰術教學 (Technical & Tactical Skills)
• 評估與暖身：動態暖身與學員擊球狀態簡短評估。
• 發接球掌控：Serve與Return的深度控制、落點選擇及擊球後快速回位。
• 第三拍進階：第三拍Drop動作拆解與發力觀念。
• 上網節奏：由底線流暢進入Transition Zone的步法與進攻節奏。
60 分鐘｜實戰演練與評估 (Game & Analysis)
