Important Reminders: * Your slot is only confirmed after payment verification. * First come, first served. * Please wait until you're marked as WAITLISTED before making any payment. * Payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the event. Unpaid slots may be released to players on the waitlist. --- ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations. If you're unable to attend, you may: - Reschedule your slot to another Pickle Ticklers Open Play (subject to availability), or - Transfer your slot to another player. Please notify the organizers at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. Same-day, last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours of the event) are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling. 🌧️ Inclement Weather If an Open Play is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, a cancellation notice will be sent at least 2 hours before the event.
