To keep every session fun, organized, and fair for everyone, please read our Open Play guidelines below. --- 📝 Registration Process 1️⃣ Request to join the session and wait for your slot to be Waitlisted. 2️⃣ Once waitlisted, send your payment via GCash: GCash Account Name: Juan Paolo Gorgon GCash Account Number: 0926 205 6024 3️⃣ Upload your payment receipt under the Payment tab or in the group chat. 4️⃣ After payment verification, an admin will update your status from Waitlisted to Confirmed. 5️⃣ You're all set—see you on the court! 😊 👥 Bringing a Guest (+1)? Please upload the same payment receipt to your guest's slot to complete their registration. --- 🏓 Paddle Rental Don't have a paddle? We've got you covered! * 💰 ₱100 per paddle * 📌 Available on a first come, first served basis. * 🙏 Please return the paddle clean and in good condition after use. --- ⏰ Cancellation Freeze Policy To help us organize the session and give waitlisted players a fair chance to join: ❄️ Cancellations are allowed only until 12 hours before the scheduled start of the Open Play. ❌ Cancellations made within 12 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for emergencies approved by the organizers. 📩 If you can no longer attend, please notify an organizer before the 8-hour cancellation freeze so your slot can be offered to another player. Thank you for helping us avoid empty slots and keep the games running smoothly. --- 🏓 Open Play Match Format Our goal is simple: More games. More friends. More fun. 🎉 To maximize court time and ensure everyone gets the opportunity to play, we'll be using the following format: ⚡ Sudden Death Matches 🚫 No Deuce 🔄 Shuffle Partners After Every Match We highly encourage everyone to switch partners after each game instead of playing with the same teammate throughout the session. This gives everyone the opportunity to: 🤝 Play with different partners. 🎯 Play against different opponents. 📚 Learn from each other's playing styles. 💬 Meet new players and build friendships within our growing pickleball community. 💪 Improve together while keeping every match enjoyable and competitive. Let's avoid forming fixed teams during Open Play so everyone has an equal chance to play, learn, and socialize. Remember: Open Play is about building a community—not just winning games.
