**Hi everyone! 🌟** We're so happy to see so many new faces which shows how much our club is growing 🥳 To keep our games organized and ensure everyone gets enough court time, we’re tweaking our sign-up process a little bit. **How to secure your spot:** 1. **Request via Reclub:** All requests to join the game must be made through the Reclub app! Once you request to join, please wait until you are in the waitlist first before sending the P250 court fee. 2. **Post your proof:** After paying, kindly upload your proof of payment to Reclub under your name. 3. **Pay immediately (Deadline Thursday 6 PM):** Once you are in the waitlist, please settle your court fee right away, as confirmation will be done on a first-come, first-served basis! The absolute deadline is **Thursday at 6:00 PM**. To be fair to everyone eager to play, unpaid slots will automatically be passed to the next player who requested to join after this time. 4. **Get confirmed:** We'll officially confirm your spot as soon as your payment is received! ✨ **Quick Note:** We are capping our sessions at exactly **24 players** for our 3 courts. Since PJ and I are no longer members at Pickleball Hub, we unfortunately cannot book extra courts at no cost anymore. (Yes, we are using our free court privileges before to get more courts for the club😊) Keeping the cap at 24 guarantees that everyone still gets plenty of quality time to play! To ensure everything runs smoothly and to be completely fair to those patiently waiting, **we kindly ask everyone to secure their spot beforehand, as we unfortunately won't be able to accommodate walk-ins.** Thanks for understanding, kitakits sa courts! 🙌 1. Schedule: Saturdays, 11AM-2PM, 3 courts Players will be queued accordingly (the pickleball way). 2. Venue: Pickleball Hub 3. Payment: P250/player (from P506, partially subsidized by Be Well).
