π PICKLEBALL FUNDRAISING EVENT :
Louisians Batch 2002 Pickleball Fundraising Games
Player Guidelines & House Rules:
Registration Fee: β±280 per player
Purpose: Proceeds from the event will support the designated fundraising cause of Louisians batch 2002 hosting for Louisians Homecoming 2027.
1. Registration
Each player must register and pay the β±280 participation fee before playing.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the organizers announce otherwise.
Players should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled game.
Players must check in with the event organizers upon arrival.
2. Game Format
Games may be played in singles or doubles, depending on the event format.
The organizers will announce the draw, schedule, and game format before play.
Match format may be adjusted depending on the number of participants and available courts.
Players must be ready when their names are called. Excessive delays may result in forfeiture of the game.
3. Basic Playing Rules
Standard pickleball rules will apply unless modified by the organizers.
Players should call their own lines honestly and fairly.
When there is uncertainty regarding a line call, players should give the benefit of the doubt to their opponent.
The serve must be made according to standard pickleball rules.
Players should respect the Non-Volley Zone (Kitchen) rules.
The score should be clearly announced before each serve.
4. Sportsmanship
Respect fellow players, organizers, referees, and volunteers.
No arguing, insulting, shouting at, or intentionally distracting other players.
Excessive or inappropriate behavior may result in a warning or removal from the event.
Remember that the primary purpose of the event is community, fun, and fundraising.
5. Safety
Proper athletic shoes suitable for court surfaces are recommended.
Players should warm up before playing.
Stop play immediately if you or another player is injured.
Keep bags, bottles, and personal belongings away from playing areas.
Follow all instructions from event organizers and court marshals.
6. Fundraising & Donations
The β±280 player fee is the required participation contribution.
Additional voluntary donations are welcome.
Players and guests may participate in fundraising activities organized during the event.
The organizers should provide appropriate transparency regarding how the funds raised will be used.
7. Organizer's Authority
Event organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, formats, or match arrangements when necessary.
Organizers' decisions regarding event administration and disputes will be considered final.
Any changes will be communicated to players as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Player Agreement
By registering, each player agrees to:
Follow the event guidelines and pickleball rules.
Play safely and fairly.
Respect other participants.
Support the fundraising purpose of the event.
Help maintain a friendly and enjoyable environment.
