Open Play Guidelines •Advance payment is not accepted without prior slot confirmation. •To reserve a slot, please send a direct message to Ms. Steph or TRCC Reception for confirmation. •Players without a confirmed reservation and payment will be moved to the Hold List before the scheduled Open Play session. •Walk-ins are not permitted unless officially acknowledged and confirmed by the host before the session begins. •Slot transfers must be coordinated with the host at least three (3) hours before the start of Open Play. Open Play Rates Members ₱100 Non-Members Standard Open Play: ₱200 Premium Open Play: ₱300 include complimentary use of locker cabinets and shower facilities. Payment Details Cash basis only – onsite payment. Refund & Cancellation Policy •If the club cancels Open Play due to bad weather or unplayable court conditions, •refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days. •Confirmed slots are transferable but non-refundable. •No Show = No Refund / No Credit Paddle Identification •Please label your paddle clearly with your name to help prevent loss or mix-ups. Club Policy •All players are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of Tivoli Royale Pickleball Club. •Violations may result in suspension or restriction from using the Tivoli Royale Pickleball Club courts.
