🚫 No direct messages, please! We may not be able to check DMs regularly. 😅
✅ You may pay even if you haven’t been added to the waitlist yet, as long as slots are still available.
⚠️ Please DO NOT PAY if the slots are already full. If there is enough demand, we may open additional slots and courts, so please wait for an update before making your payment.
🚶 Walk-ins are also welcome if there are still available slots. However, customers who pay in advance will be prioritized.
📌 If we’re unable to add you to the confirmed slots on time and you’ve already made your payment, your slot is automatically confirmed. 😊
💸 Refunds are only allowed if requested at least 12 hours before the meeting time. Requests made less than 12 hours before the meeting are not eligible for a refund.
🙏 Please bear with us as we are still in our soft opening phase and learning along the way. Thank you for your patience and support! 😊 ♣️
