A little extra motivation for both of us to bring our A-game. 🎾 Match Format & Rules • Warm-up: Five minutes on court. Please complete your stretching and physical warm-up beforehand so we can maximize playing time. • Match format: Best of three sets—the first player to win two sets wins the match, either 2–0 or 2–1. • Set scoring: Standard tiebreak sets. First to six games with a two-game lead wins. At 5–5: Win the next two games to take the set 7–5. At 6–6: Play a tiebreak—first to seven points, winning by two. The winner takes the set 7–6. • No-Ad scoring: At deuce, one deciding point wins the game. The receiver chooses which side to receive from. • If someone wins the first two sets: The match ends at 2–0 and the wager is settled. We’ll still play a third set for practice only—with no wager and no effect on the match result. • If we split the first two sets 1–1: We’ll play a full third set using the same scoring rules to decide the match and the wager. • Bonus fourth set: If we still have court time after three sets, we can play a fourth purely for fun—no wager! • Pacing: Our house rules are no scheduled breaks between games and a 5-minute rest between sets. Please speak up whenever you need to pause for your well-being. 💵 Fee Inclusions • New balls: Dunlop Australian Open—fixed brand, no substitutions. • Court and lighting fees. • Guest fee: Homeowners may deduct ₱120 from the total. • Ball boy service: If unavailable, we’ll collect our own balls, and I’ll refund that portion of the fee. 📌 Important Notes This is a friendly practice event with a competitive spirit.
