π How It Works:
β’ Dynamic warm-up (dinking & volleying)
β’ Structured machine-assisted drills
β’ Forehand & backhand repetitions
β’ Footwork and movement exercises
β’ Equal player rotations for maximum reps
β’ 100-ball machine
How to join:

2οΈβ£ Complete payment via Union Digital Bank.
3οΈβ£ Upload your proof of payment to the PAYMENT TAB and send it also to the MEET GC β NOT on personal message.
