Players will be grouped according to their DUPR ratings or playing level to ensure balanced and competitive games. Please complete your assigned DUPR matches before joining the Open Play courts. Court assignments and match schedules will be announced before play begins. Dupr Matches: 5-6 matches only 💰 Session Fees Non-Members: 70,000 VND (includes complimentary water) Bank Name: TPBank Mobile Account Number: 0000 3914 401 Account Number: 091 824 7537 Account Name: Belvestre, John G. 📌 Registration & Payment • Reclub registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. • Once the maximum number of players has been reached, admins will no longer accept additional registrations unless a slot becomes available. • Each court will accommodate approximately 7-8 players to ensure smooth rotations and sufficient playing time for everyone. • Your spot is confirmed only after payment has been received. • Unpaid registrations may be moved to the waiting list if the session reaches capacity. • After making your payment, please upload your transfer receipt or send it in the group chat for confirmation. • Visitors without a Vietnamese bank account may pay in cash. Kindly inform one of the hosts in advance so we can reserve your spot. ❗ Cancellation Policy To keep the session organized and ensure that court bookings and player schedules are properly managed, please follow the cancellation guidelines below: • Regular Members: Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours before the game. • Non-Members: Cancellation requests must be made at least 4 hours before the game. • Late Cancellation: For both members and non-members, cancellation requests made within 1 hour before the game will require the full session fee to be paid, and the registration will be considered cancelled. • If you need to cancel, please inform the admins or hosts as early as possible so we can offer the available slot to another player. 🤝 Friendly Reminder Friendly Dinkers is built on respect, sportsmanship, and community.
