🏸 Quantum Clubhouse Badminton Club Badminton Queeing Session • every Wednesday @ 8:00 PM 📍 Details - Venue: Quantum Clubhouse Concha Cruz Drive cor Alabang Zapote Road Las Pinas - Time: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Fee: ₱350 per player - Payment: GCash or Cash See you there! 🏸 📢 SLOT CANCELLATION POLICY (Please Read) To keep our badminton sessions smooth, fair, and enjoyable for all, we’re implementing a 6-hour cancellation freeze for queued slots. Here’s how it works: 🏸 Slots reserved BEFORE the 6-hour mark If you reserved your slot more than 6 hours before the session and cancel within the final 6 hours, you’ll only need to pay if no one else takes your slot. 🏸 Slots reserved WITHIN the 12-hour window If you joined during the 12-hour freeze period, you’re free to cancel without payment — since you signed up after the cancellation window had already begun. 🏸 Last-minute cancellations / No-shows (Applies if the queue hasn't reached the target number of players) If a no-show or cancellation happens very close to game time — around 1 hour or even 20 minutes before the session — you will still need to pay for your slot, regardless of when you joined. This is because it becomes very difficult to refill the spot. 📌 Important Note Bring your Best Smile ✌️😁✌️ and meet new friends from the south
