Join our RA Pickleball Open Play and enjoy up to 4 hours of play for only ₱200. 🎯 GAME FORMAT & ROTATION RULES • Games are played up to 11 points. • After completing 2 games, players are not allowed to continue practicing dinking while waiting for their next game. • Once your 2nd game is completed, please proceed directly to the designated court when your next game is called. • Please be ready to play and serve immediately once your game begins. • This rotation system helps keep the games moving smoothly and gives everyone a fair opportunity to play. 🎾 INCLUSIONS Your ₱200 Open Play fee includes: 🏓 Tournament-grade pickleball balls 💧 Free drinking water 🚿 Access to shower rooms 🚻 Access to restrooms ⏱️ Up to 4 hours of Open Play 💳 PAYMENT POLICY • Please wait until your booking status is confirmed or you are moved from the waitlist before making payment. • Do not send payment while you are still on the waitlist. • Your slot will only be considered confirmed once payment has been received after your slot becomes available. • Slots are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-confirmed, first-served basis, with priority given to gym members. 🔄 CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY • All payments are non-refundable. • If you have already paid but are unable to attend your scheduled Open Play session, your payment will not be refunded. • Instead, the amount paid will be converted into a credit for ONE Open Play session, which may be used for a future Open Play schedule. • Please coordinate with our staff regarding the use of your Open Play credit. ⭐ GYM MEMBER PRIORITY To give our gym members an added benefit, gym members are given priority access to available Open Play slots.
