🔐 SECURING YOUR SLOT: 1. Request to Join and wait for Reclub approval; payments are made at the court. 2. Reclub-approved and waitlisted players have priority. 3. Approved but can’t attend? You may transfer your slot to any player currently on the Reclub waitlist. If no specific person is designated, the slot automatically goes to the first player on the Reclub waitlist. 4. As we do not implement a payment-first basis, please be considerate. Click “Can’t Go” in the meet or inform an Admin via chat ASAP if you can’t attend to give waitlisted players a chance to join. 5. Walk-ins may be accommodated if Reclub capacity and the current number of players on court allow. Reclub-approved and waitlisted players have priority. No slot is guaranteed and participation is at your own risk. PLEASE BE REMINDED: Avoid holding a slot if you’re not reasonably sure you can attend. Every slot matters, and no-shows can prevent another player from getting the chance to play. Repeated no-shows may also affect future ReClub approvals. 🧾CHECK-IN & PAYMENT: *Registration and payment at the court MUST BE COMPLETED before playing. 💸 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: *Refunds due to weather or unsafe court conditions apply only when play is stopped or cancelled by the Admins. If play is stopped before a player completes 3 sets, the payment is refundable; after completing 3 sets, payment is non-refundable. *VOLUNTARILY LEAVING OR CHOOSING NOT TO CONTINUE PLAYING FOR ANY PERSONAL REASON DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF SETS PLAYED. 🚫 NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS: *Outside food, beverages, and online food deliveries are not allowed. Please enjoy the food and refreshments from TIMPLA & TEAMPLA Cafeteria, our official food and drinks concessionaires. 💬 Questions or concerns? Feel free to chat in the GC or reach out to any of our Admins. We’re happy to help! 🫶🏻
