🦾 Welcome to ONLY DRILL Pickleball Club
Before joining our drilling sessions, ask yourself these questions:
* Why am I making serve errors?
* Why am I missing returns?
* Why can’t I consistently execute a 3rd shot drop?
Think about your social games for a moment.
How often do you see players making serve errors, return errors, or struggling with their 3rd shot drop?
In reality, nearly 70% of rallies end within the first three shots. Most players never even get the opportunity to engage in a long rally because too many free points are given away early.
Now ask yourself:
How many unforced errors do you make in a single game?
Let’s assume:
* 3 missed serves
* 3 missed returns
That’s already 6 free points given away.
If your partner makes the same mistakes, that’s another 6 points.
Suddenly, you’ve given away 12 points without your opponents needing to earn them. At that point, your chances of winning the game drop dramatically.
My Coaching Philosophy
My classes are simple and focused.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced intermediate player, we concentrate on the fundamentals that matter most:
1. Serving
2. Returning
3. 3rd Shot Drop / Drive
These first three shots are the foundation of every rally.
If you can consistently execute them with an 80% success rate, your chances of winning rallies and games increase significantly.
Footwork Matters
Good pickleball is not just about paddle skills.
Footwork determines:
* Your positioning
* Your balance
* Your shot quality
* Your recovery after each shot
In our sessions, you’ll learn how proper footwork and stroke mechanics work together to create the right shot at the right time.
Drilling Structure
Our training sessions focus on:
✅ Serving – 30 mins
✅ Return of Serve – 30 mins
✅ 3rd Shot Drop / Drive – 30 mins
✅ Volley & Fast Hands – 30 mins
✅ Volley Reset – 30 mins
✅ Mid-Court Reset – 30 mins
✅ Advanced 3rd Shot Drop – 30 mins
✅ 7-11 Mini Games – 30 mins
Each week, I will select 3 key drills from the list above to strengthen specific areas of your game and maximize your improvement.
The final 20–30 minutes will be guided gameplay, where I will observe and provide feedback on:
* Technique
* Shot selection
* Court positioning
* Footwork
* Overall game awareness
Drill Partner Pairing
Drill partners will be assigned by me based on skill level.
Drilling requires engagement from both players. If there is a large skill gap between partners, the quality and effectiveness of the drill can be reduced.
My goal is to create the best learning environment for everyone.
