HOW TO JOIN:
1. Request to join.
2. Wait for your status to change to WAITLIST.
3. Send payment + upload proof in the group chat.
4. Your slot is confirmed only after payment is received.
ā ļø Do NOT pay if:
ā¢ Slots are full
ā¢ Status is still Requested or On Hold
CANCELLATION
ā¢ Payments are non-refundable.
ā¢ You may transfer your slot to a WAITLIST replacement.
ā¢ Replacement must be approved by the hosts.
ā¢ Notify the hosts at least 24 hours before the event.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By joining, you acknowledge the risks of pickleball and agree to participate at your own risk. The organizers, hosts, volunteers, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.
