Hit "Join / Request Slot" here on the Reclub app. 2. Send your payment via GCash. 3. Send a screenshot of your receipt to the Organizers via Reclub DM. 4. Once verified, your status will be changed to "Confirmed". ⚠️ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION GUIDELINES • NO PAY, NO SLOT. Slots are only secured after payment has been verified. • Slots are strictly non-refundable. • If you cannot make it, you must find your own replacement player and inform the admin at least 2 days before the event. • Refunds/Credits will ONLY be given if Tara Laro Pickleball Club cancels the schedule. 🏁 GAME & COURT RULES • 📊 Leveling System: Court assignments and game rotations will depend entirely on your skill level. This ensures you play with and against players of a similar level for balanced and competitive matches. • Court Rotation: 4 On, 4 Off within your assigned skill level group. (When a game ends, all 4 players step off, and the next 4 paddles in that level's queue line step on). • Introduce yourself to your group before starting! • Warm-up: Maximum 5-ball warm-up / dinking only (First game only). • Announce the score loudly before every serve to avoid confusion. • Games are played up to 11 points (straight, no deuce/sudden death to keep the rotation moving fast). ⚠️ FRIENDLY REMINDERS • ⏱️ Please be on time.
