Event will be auto created 1 week in advance. Event participants initial cap at 20 and max cap of 24. Cancellation freeze starts 24 hours before event. Please notify us if there’s any last minute withdrawal, so that we can still open up the slots to other players who are on hold or on waitlist. On hold - Guest requests will be reviewed & accepted after cancellation freeze begins. Waitlist - A player will be put on the waitlist when a spot has become available due to a cancellation, the player will be accepted after payment has been made. A “No-show” tag will be given for players who did not inform and not turning up. This tag will remain for 1 following session. Requests by players with “No-show” will be confirmed along with the guest requests, rest assure that you will still be given priority over the guest requests. After the 1 following session, the “No-show” tag will be removed. Cutoff time will also be set as the same time cancellation freeze starts. With the above guidelines in place, we hope that the process can be clearer and easier for everyone to keep track.
