About this Session
Hi friends! 👋🏼
This will be a chill and friendly tennis meet — basically a chance for us to get some court time, practice together, and hopefully improve along the way! No pressure, just come ready to hit, learn, and have fun.
🕒 Meet Format
First ~10 mins: Dynamic warm-up + mini tennis
Next ~30 mins: Practice rally / drills
Last ~20 mins: Mini competition 🏆
Nothing too serious — just to bring out the inner Eala/Sinner within us!
📍 Court 2, QMC Tennis Court
🎒 What to Bring
• Tennis racket 🎾
• Tennis balls (please bring a can if you have one!)
• Water / hydration 💧
• Towel
• Extra shirt if needed 👕
• Most importantly: good vibes ✨
