此課程專為已掌握基本規則、曾有對打經驗，並想掌握有效練習方法、提升技術細節的球友而設。
由國際認證專業匹克球教練帶領，設計高效訓練計劃，讓學員在短時間內明確知道「自己邊度有問題、點樣改、之後可以點樣自己練」。
地點鄰近九龍東核心位置觀塘，室內場地乾淨整潔，地鐵站步行5分鐘
4人小班教學，2人成團
課程特色：
• 教練會按課題設計高效訓練計劃，全程陪練及示範
• 4人小班，一個場所有人同時練習，時間充足，練得多、改得快
• 教練會於練習期間針對每位學員表現，提出動作及決策改善建議
• 教授「點樣自己練」：於課程最後提供是次課題的清晰訓練流程及重點，方便學員日後自我訓練使用
適合對象：
• 已接觸匹克球一段時間，自我評級2.5-2.75
• 追求即時技術改進，同時希望持續穩定進步
• 希望學會自行設定及執行訓練計劃
