🎃👻 SPOOKTACULAR PICKLEBALL PARTY 👻🎃 Welcome to our 2nd Halloween Pickleball Spooktacular Party! Get ready for a fun-filled night of pickleball, costumes, games, food, prizes, and good vibes! This is a social pickleball event where everyone gets to play and enjoy some friendly competition while celebrating Halloween together. 👻 Come dressed to impress, bring your paddle, your pickleballs, and your Halloween spirit! 📅 October 24, 2026 ⏰ 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM 🏓 5 Courts | Maximum of 50 Players 💰 EVENT FEE The total court rental fee will be divided among the players. Any remaining amount after covering the court rental will be used toward prizes for the Best Costume Contest! 🏓 GAME RULES 🍬 We’ll be using Pickle Q to help keep players mixed, games organized, and matchups as fair as possible. A link will be shared with all players so everyone can keep track of their games. 🍬 Games are played to 11 points, win by 2. 🍬 12–15 minute time limit per game to keep games moving and make sure everyone gets plenty of court time. 🍬 Standard doubles play. Please keep it friendly, respectful, and fun! 🍬 Bring your own pickleballs! Please bring enough balls for your games, as we won’t be providing balls for everyone. 🍬 Rotation: Please stay ready and keep an eye on Pickle Q for your next game. Once your name is called, kindly head to your assigned court promptly so we can keep the rotation moving and maximize everyone's playing time. 🍬 If you're sitting out, please remain nearby and be ready for your next game. We want to keep things moving smoothly and avoid unnecessary delays between games. 🍬 Please arrive 15 minutes early (5:45 PM) if possible so we can take our group photo before the games begin. 🚨 COSTUMES ARE REQUIRED. STRICTLY, NO COSTUME = NO PLAY! 🚨 Come dressed in your best Halloween costume! Your costume must be court-safe and pickleball-friendly. 🚫 No tripping hazards 🚫 No costumes that restrict movement 🚫 No masks or accessories that block your vision 🚫 No oversized props that may interfere with play or other players 🎁 BEST COSTUME CONTEST 🎁 Top Best Costume will win a prize! Voting will take place during the event. 👀 Further instructions on how to vote will be provided on the day. So bring your A-game—not just on the court, but with your costume too! 🍕 POTLUCK & FAMILY FUN We’ll also be having a Potluck!
