The system automatically decides who plays next based on the following: 1️⃣ Fresh First Players who haven’t played yet will be prioritized first, so everyone gets a chance to play. 2️⃣ 3+1 Fill If 3 players are waiting in one bracket, 1 player from the other bracket can join to complete a group of 4. 3️⃣ Winners Bracket If 4 or more winners are waiting, they will be matched together for the next game. 4️⃣ Losers Bracket If 4 or more players lost their previous game, they can be matched together for the next game. When both groups have enough players, the system will alternate between Winners and Losers to keep the rotation fair. 5️⃣ Mixed Bracket If there are at least 2 winners + 2 losers, they may be grouped together for a rematch/revenge game. 🔥 6️⃣ Open Rotation If none of the above applies, the system will simply take the first 4 players in the queue. 👉 Bottom line: The app manages the queue automatically so games keep moving and players don’t have to wait unnecessarily long. ⸻ 💳 RESERVATION & PAYMENT ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please wait for your name to appear on the WAITLISTED list before making any payment. This will allow us to activate your name and place you in the queue so you can start playing. • Partner requests: Since the stacking system is smart and automated, please let the organizer know if you want to be locked in with a specific partner. • If you need to step away: VERY IMPORTANT! Please inform the organizer if you’ll be away for an extended period, even for something quick like buying food or drinks. We can temporarily park your name in the queue so you won’t be called while you’re away. • If you’re done playing: Please inform the organizer if you no longer want to stack or play so we can remove your name from the queue.
