🏓 ACTIVATE GAME RULES 🏓 GAME RULES STANDARD SCORING — NOT RALLY Open to ALL LEVELS. Know the basic rules of pickleball and how to serve. Bring your own ball. Race to 11 — no extension. Special groupings/stacking will be decided ONLY by the Stacking Manager, when needed. Special groupings must allow 1 turn skip behind their turn. 💳 PAYMENT Open slots are AUTO-APPROVED. Once auto-approved, you are expected to pay. Send your Proof of Payment in the Game Chat. Do NOT send payment directly to Activate staff or via text message. You have 5 mins to complete your payment. If payment is not received within 5 mins, you will be removed from the meet. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. No game credits or slot transfers. ⏳ WAITLIST If you are WAITLISTED, please wait until you are auto-approved before making any payment. If a slot becomes available because another player is removed or can't go, the next player on the waitlist will be AUTOMATICALLY APPROVED. Once auto-approved, the same 5 mins payment rule applies. Payments made while still waitlisted will not be eligible for a refund. ❌ CAN'T GO? If you are no longer interested or available to join the meet, please use the CAN'T GO feature to remove yourself from the game. This helps open the slot for other players on the waitlist. 🚨 IF ACTIVATE CANCELS THE MEET If Activate needs to cancel the meet, all confirmed and paid players will receive a FULL REFUND. We will announce the cancellation as early as possible and provide updates through the game chat. A meet may be cancelled if the court is not playable or conditions are considered unsafe for players. 👤 RECLUB Use your FULL NAME (First + Last Name). Upload a profile photo for easy identification. ⚠️ IMPORTANT By joining a meet, you confirm that you are committed to attending your scheduled session. Please make sure you are available before joining, as payments are non-refundable, except when the meet is cancelled by Activate. Players participate at their own risk. Activate is not responsible for injuries or incidents during the game. 💰 PAYMENT METHOD Scan the QR code provided in the game details/chat to pay.
