Predominantly queer badminton club — fun, welcoming, and competitive games every Saturday. Beginners are welcome! 🏸 BADDIES Playing Guidelines & Court Rules Hey BADDIES! To keep our sessions running smoothly, ensure everyone gets court time, and keep things fair for the whole squad, please take a moment to review our updated game day rules: 💳 Reservation Fee Fee: A ₱300 fixed game fee (or reservation fee) is required to lock in your slot. Why it matters: Slots are limited, so locking yours in guarantees your spot on the court! ⏰ Payment Deadline All payments must be fully settled on or before 5:00 PM every Friday. 🚫 Cancellation Policy Need to drop out? Please let us know before 5:00 PM on Friday. Late Cancellations: Canceling after the Friday 5:00 PM deadline will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee. Friendly reminder: If you’re unsure whether you can make it, please hold off on reserving until you're certain! ❌ No-Show Policy Failing to show up without prior notice disrupts matchmaking and court reservations. No-shows will incur a ₱200 penalty fee and will automatically be placed on the waitlist for the next game. ⚠️ Repeated Cancellations & Sanctions Repeated Cancellations: Frequently reserving and canceling—even before the deadline—disrupts game planning and may lead to temporary removal from the priority list or GC. Sanctions: Repeated failure to adhere to payment deadlines or club rules will result in sanctions (e.g., losing reservation privileges). 👥 Active GC Membership We love an active community! Members who do not participate in games or active discussions for four (4) consecutive months will be automatically removed from the group to keep our roster updated. 🏸 BADDIES Participation Notice By hitting the courts with us, you're agreeing to take full responsibility for your own safety, health, and conduct during the games. While we're all here to have a great time, the organizers/ComCen won’t be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the event. Let’s look out for one another, play safe, and keep the energy high!
