Cancellation and Refund Policies - If your slot has been confirmed and you’re suddenly unable to attend, kindly inform the admins and search for another player to take your slot - You may find a replacement for your slot until 5:00 PM of the same day of the event - Slots without a replacement are also non-refundable - 24-Hour Cancellation Freeze: Players are no longer able to cancel their slots 24 hours before the start of the event - Paid fees of cancellations made after cancellation freeze are non-refundable Game Rules - Raise to 18 points - Each team will have 6 players only - Team assignments will be shuffled as determined by the organizers Sports Waiver & Release of Liability - Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in this event involves inherent risks of injury, including sprains, concussions, severe injury, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. - Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the court or the organizers, its staff, and volunteers from any claims, liability, or demands arising from personal injury, property damage, or negligence. - Medical Consent: I certify that I am physically fit to participate. In an emergency, I authorize staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree to cover all resulting costs.
