Get ready for a spooky, high-energy night on the courts! We are throwing a special Halloween meet with unique rules, prizes, and competitive tracking. Spaces are strictly limited, so secure your spot early! 🗓️ Event Details & Rules • 🎨 Rule 1: Dress Like Your Paddle! Come dressed in athletic wear that matches the colors, design, or vibe of your pickleball paddle! The player with the absolute closest match gets 50% off their meet fee (refunded or discounted at the event). • 🐻 Rule 2: The Cute Headwear Bonus! Play your matches wearing a cute character headwear or hat of your choice, and you will score a free protein bar to keep your energy up! • 📊 Rule 3: 10:1 Court Ratio & Win-Lose Stacking We will be running a structured format with a 10:1 player-to-court ratio. Games will use Win-Lose Stacking—winners move up/stack on one side, and subsequent matchups are dynamically sorted based on performance to keep games balanced and highly competitive. • 💸 Rule 4: Payment & Confirmations First to pay gets first confirmation! Simply joining the waitlist on Reclub does not guarantee your spot. Slots are locked in only when payment is received. • 🔄 Rule 5: Cancellation Policy No refunds for cancellations, but slots are fully transferable. If you can't make it, you are welcome to find another player to take over your slot. Payment details: 300 per player 09171544721 Gcash Ann Tenette Andal
