Send receipt to reclub chatbox or upload receipt via reclub app 2. AGP residents will have priority in the queue and are encouraged to register and pay until Monday at 6 PM. Any remaining slots will be opened to guests after 6 PM. 3. 24-Hour Cancellation Freeze A cancellation freeze will take effect 24 hours before the start of the event. If you can no longer join after the freeze begins, you are responsible for coordinating with someone on the waiting list to take your slot. The replacement player will pay you directly for the slot. 4. No Refunds During the Cancellation Freeze Once the 24-hour cancellation freeze is in effect, payments are non-refundable. Please make sure of your availability before confirming your participation. 5. Shuttlecocks Are Provided No need to bring shuttlecocks; we’ve got you covered! 🏸 Shuttlecocks for the games will be provided by the organizers. ⚠️ HEALTH & SAFETY WAIVER Badminton is a physically demanding, high-intensity sport that involves rapid movement, jumping, sudden changes in direction, and other strenuous physical activities. By registering for and participating in this event, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and medically capable of participating.
