Upon confirmation, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list. 5. See you at the session! Cancellation & Session Credit Policy • No cash refunds. Eligible cancellations receive session credit only. • Players must cancel at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible. • Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible. • For eligible player cancellations, participants must submit the Session Credit Request Form — otherwise no credit will be issued. • Credits are tagged to name and mobile number; please enter details accurately. • Credits are dollar-based, do not expire, and can be used for any future session. Using credits: Request the activity, indicate you are using a credit, and provide your name & mobile. Booking will be confirmed once verified by admins and the credit will be deducted. By booking, you agree to this policy.
