Once waitlisted, refer to the activity chat for payment details and proceed to make contributions for our ball fee. 3. Upload your receipt or share it in the activity chat. 4. Upon confirmation, you’ll be moved to the confirmed list. 5. See you at the session! Cancellation & Session Credit Policy • No cash refunds. Eligible cancellations receive session credit only. • Players must cancel at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible. • Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible. • For eligible player cancellations, participants must submit the Session Credit Request Form — otherwise no credit will be issued. • Credits are tagged to name and mobile number; please enter details accurately. • Credits are dollar-based, do not expire, and can be used for any future session. Using credits: Request the activity, indicate you are using a credit, and provide your name & mobile. Booking will be confirmed once verified by admins and the credit will be deducted. By booking, you agree to this policy.
